The current mission assigns Via Eustachio to the chancery and Via Barnaba Oriani to consular work. Algeria’s central directory still presents Barnaba Oriani as the embassy address, an older arrangement that should not override the current split. Use the chancery for diplomatic or institutional correspondence after confirmation. For passports, civil status, registration or visas, first confirm the competent consular post. Never post an original until the receiving office has confirmed the address, tracking and return method in writing.

The mission, Algeria’s central record and Italy’s list agree on the two primary chancery lines and the general inbox. Italy adds a third telephone. Choose between Rome, Milan and Naples

Italy’s current consular list records three Algerian posts. It labels Rome for the whole Italian Republic while also assigning named regions to Milan and Naples. That is an overlap in the official document, not a safe rule that can be solved by subtraction. Give your municipality, region and exact procedure, then ask the post to confirm jurisdiction.
