Mount Murdjadjo
Mount Murdjadjo, also known as Aidour, lies west of the city of Oran and reaches 429.3 metres in altitude.
It belongs to a low mountain chain that starts around Boutlélis and Les Andalouses, runs along the Sebkha of Oran, wraps around Mers El Kébir and ends above Oran and the Mediterranean Sea.
The side facing Oran is mainly covered with Aleppo pine, with agaves and prickly pears also present. The other side carries cork oaks from the M’Sila area.
